2 hours of remote support includes any “out of band” issues encountered throughout the year.  Such as, issues with Windows, bad updates, upgrading to a new computer, upgrading current computer, new printer, etc

24X7 hardware monitoring keeps tabs on windows updates, hard drive health, temporary, log, cookie files, internal temperatures, antivirus, hard disk usage,  processes & services.  We get alerts when one of the monitored items is out of spec, and correct them.

Malwarebytes Pro antivirus.  A lightweight, extremely powerful antivirus that protects your web browsing, and computer from malicious files and websites.

20% off labor should you decide to purchase new hardware, printer, scanner, etc and either run out of pre paid labor hours or wish to use them for something else.

Bi-Annual 20 point tuneup.  Covers all the bases, and returns your computer to the speed you had when you first brought it home, twice a year!
