Service Plans

The nitty gritty.  Both of our Service Plans include remote support, 24×7 hardware & software monitoring, Malwarebytes premium antivirus, reduction in labor rates, our exclusive 20 point tuneup, Help Desk service, and if that wasnt enough, we also throw in some labor hours.

The difference between the 2 Service Plans is the amount of pre-paid labor hours included, and the percentage off labor rate.

As an example, should you run out of pre-paid labor hours, or have a technology need outside of your plan device.  ie.  you buy a new printer and need it installed, or you buy a new computer and wish to have all data and settings moved over from the old computer.  The labor cost associated with that job would be reduced by your plan percentage.
